About the role
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle and coordinate technical delivery across teams
- Partner with product managers to translate requirements into engineering tasks
- Ensure development efforts are aligned
- Manage cross-team communications
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 4–6 years of program management or senior project management experience in technology organizations
- Strong background in software
- Comfortable working closely with engineering teams
- Strong risk and resource management skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Certifications (a plus): PMP, PgMP, CSM, SAFe, or other project/program management certifications
