About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own Spokeo’s product roadmap across consumer (B2C) and enterprise (B2B) businesses
  • Lead a dedicated cross-functional Scrum team through two-week development cycles
  • Guide initiatives from roadmap prioritization through launch and iteration
  • Own the product backlog and align Engineering, Design, Data Product, Quality Assurance, Legal, and business stakeholders
  • Manage scope, dependencies, risks, blockers, and tradeoffs to keep delivery on track
  • Identify customer problems and business opportunities through user research, product data, competitive analysis, and stakeholder input
  • Validate ideas and assumptions and evaluate potential solutions
  • Translate insights into PRDs, user stories, and supporting documentation
  • Measure launched feature impact, analyze product performance, gather customer feedback, and monitor competitors and industry trends
  • Identify product experience and workflow improvements and recommend data-informed actions for business growth
  • Champion the team’s impact by sharing shipped work and its contribution to company growth

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of product management experience, including leading cross-functional engineering teams through agile development cycles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Product Design, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience with data-powered products and technologies such as people search, identity resolution, public records, APIs, and/or web applications
  • Strong understanding of how data pipelines shape the end-user experience
  • Strong ownership and adaptability; self-starter able to anticipate needs, drive initiatives, remove blockers, and thrive amid shifting priorities
  • ROI-focused product judgment and ability to validate assumptions with data
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to produce clear, thorough, and consistent product requirements incorporating stakeholder feedback
  • Experience using AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Figma AI
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
