About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Joining a team of four product designers to work on Spoke Dispatch or Spoke Route Planner
Tackling complex, high-impact problems and shaping how solutions are developed
Evolving the product’s structure with new features
Working across discovery, scoping, and design
Creating specs in Figma and utilizing Chrome dev tools

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years designing mobile apps, software, or power-user tools
Enjoy solving complex problems
Like owning projects end to end
Experienced in prototyping in Figma (and ideally beyond)
Open to feedback and willing to iterate toward the best outcome
Comfortable giving feedback and asking thoughtful questions
Experienced working autonomously
