Junior Campaign Manager
SPM Sportplatz MediaJunior Campaign Manager supporting the execution and coordination of digital campaigns at SPM Sportplatz Media. Involves working closely with the marketing team to deliver client campaigns.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As Junior Campaign Manager you support the implementation and coordination of our client campaigns and work closely with our sales/marketing team.
- Planning and execution of client campaigns
- Reporting & optimization of ongoing campaigns
- Management of relevant key accounts
- Oversight of the benefits platform
- Identifying new monetization opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns
- Ideally, initial professional experience in managing, implementing, and optimizing online media campaigns.
- Confident use of ad servers and digital sales/monetization systems
- Experience in delivery, monitoring, and optimization of banner campaigns and special ad formats.
- Knowledge of the Google advertising ecosystem is an advantage
- Ideally experience with Google Ad Manager 360 (GAM 360) or comparable ad-serving solutions.
- Client and service orientation
- Professional handling of clients and agencies with solution-focused and reliable communication.
- Analytical understanding and affinity for numbers
- Experience in monitoring, reporting, and analyzing campaign results and deriving optimization measures.
- Knowledge of digital advertising
- Basic understanding of online monetization models, ad formats, and digital campaign processes.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Precise working style for campaign setup, creative checks, documentation, reporting, billing, and follow-up, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns in parallel.
- Teamwork, initiative, and sense of responsibility
- Enjoy working with internal and external stakeholders and a self-directed, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing is an advantage
- Initial experience with affiliate networks, tracking processes, and performance-based monetization models is desirable and facilitates collaboration with adjacent teams and partners.
