About the role

  • Lead the Taiwan field sales team, collaborating with presales, partners, and customer success to drive new business and long-term relationships.
  • Work closely with marketing to boost brand presence and demand generation efforts across the region.
  • Represent Splunk externally and engage in events that help surface new opportunities and partnerships.
  • Maintain disciplined deal execution with strong forecasting, territory planning, and pipeline management.
  • Negotiate complex commercial deals with an emphasis on value and ROI.
  • Share insights from the field to craft strategy, advise product teams, and align with global business goals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years leading high-performing enterprise sales teams in large organization; second-line management is a plus
  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, working with large commercial and strategic accounts
  • Familiar with channel-led sales and experienced in leading partner ecosystems
  • Shown ability to lead complex deals, influence C-level stakeholders, exceed revenue goals and collaborate across multiple business units.
  • Skilled in account planning, sales operations, and structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.)
  • Comfortable with data—driven by outcomes and advised by metrics
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and enterprise IT environments
  • Understanding of or curiosity about Splunk’s products and mission
