• Due to expansive growth, seeking an Area Vice President, Sales to lead and build high-performing teams that exceed revenue targets.
• Develop a team of first-line leaders and partner closely with other functional teams; provide coaching and mentorship.
• Consistently deliver against targets and accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for assigned region.
• Effectively manage region by considering all accounts collectively; establish plans, prioritize efforts, and balance short-term results with long-term perspective.
• Put in place sales force structure, process strategies, and strategic resource plans to capture key opportunities.
