About the role
- Advising our clients on testing methods and test strategy in the area of test automation – both traditional and agile
- Test automation of GUIs, web services, interfaces, etc.
- Responsible for the design, implementation and further development of automated test frameworks
- Planning and execution of automated unit, system, integration, UAT and end-to-end (E2E) tests using various tools
- Monitoring test progress and reporting test results
- Close collaboration within an international, interdisciplinary project team
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or comparable vocational training in IT, or career changers welcome
- One to two years of professional experience or student employment/internship in test automation
- Knowledge of testing tools such as Selenium, HP-UFT, Appium, Cucumber, Cypress, JUnit or SoapUI
- Experience with software development environments such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Jenkins, Git or Maven
- Initial programming experience, e.g., in Java, Python, C# or Perl
- ISTQB© certification is desirable
- Very good German and English language skills
