About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Overall responsibility for leading SAP R/3 to S/4HANA transformation projects as well as SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud projects
Implementation of Greenfield, Bluefield, and Brownfield approaches depending on the client's strategy
Manage project scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk
Lead interdisciplinary project teams and external service providers
Advise business units and management on transformation strategies, roadmaps, and best practices
Ensure cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases
Apply traditional, hybrid, and agile project management methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or an equivalent qualification
Several years of experience leading SAP projects, particularly S/4HANA transformations
Knowledge of R/3 to S/4HANA migrations and S/4HANA Public Cloud
Ideally, solid SAP module knowledge (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, Logistics)
Experience with SAP Activate, ASAP, or comparable project methodologies
Strong communication and leadership skills; structured and solution-oriented working style
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
