About the role

  • Overall responsibility for leading SAP R/3 to S/4HANA transformation projects as well as SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud projects
  • Implementation of Greenfield, Bluefield, and Brownfield approaches depending on the client's strategy
  • Manage project scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk
  • Lead interdisciplinary project teams and external service providers
  • Advise business units and management on transformation strategies, roadmaps, and best practices
  • Ensure cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases
  • Apply traditional, hybrid, and agile project management methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate)

Requirements

  • Degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or an equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience leading SAP projects, particularly S/4HANA transformations
  • Knowledge of R/3 to S/4HANA migrations and S/4HANA Public Cloud
  • Ideally, solid SAP module knowledge (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, Logistics)
  • Experience with SAP Activate, ASAP, or comparable project methodologies
  • Strong communication and leadership skills; structured and solution-oriented working style
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
