About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Actively acquire new customers in the SAP Cloud ERP and private cloud environment and build sustainable customer relationships
- Manage the entire sales cycle – from initial outreach to successful contract closing
- Position SAP Cloud ERP solutions (e.g., S/4HANA Cloud) precisely with decision-makers
- Advise customers on modern operating and licensing models, particularly SAP subscription models
- Develop sales strategies for targeted market penetration in the SAP cloud environment
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales, SAP consulting and delivery teams to ensure optimal customer solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in SAP sales, ideally in the S/4HANA environment
- Proven track record in new customer acquisition within the mid-market (SMEs), particularly in solution selling
- Strong understanding of SAP solutions, especially SAP Cloud ERP (e.g., S/4HANA Cloud)
- Strong hunter mentality and a proven ability to close deals
- Confident presence at executive level and strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Structured, independent and goal-oriented working style
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
