About the role

  • Develop and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards in an agile environment (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Collaborate closely with business units and stakeholders to translate business requirements into BI solutions
  • Analyze business processes and derive relevant KPIs and performance metrics
  • Model, transform, and prepare data for analytical purposes
  • Create and optimize DAX measures with a focus on performance and clarity
  • Iteratively refine reports based on feedback from reviews with the business units
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and business relevance

Requirements

  • Degree or vocational qualification in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Some professional experience developing with Power BI or in a BI/analytics environment
  • Strong knowledge of Power BI Desktop & Service, DAX, data modeling, and SQL
  • Understanding of business requirements, metric systems, and decision logic
  • Experience with or interest in agile collaboration (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
  • Ability to question business requirements and implement solution-oriented approaches
  • Structured, independent, and team-oriented working style
