About the role
- Independently lead a project team
- Serve as the central point of contact for customers, partners, suppliers, and internal project members
- Lead and develop employees within the organization
- Execute customer projects from concept and planning through to commissioning
- Responsible for programming and implementing control, visualization, and process control systems, and performing basic and detailed engineering
- Actively engage with customers and develop long-term positive relationships
Requirements
- Experience in project execution in process automation (pharma/biopharma, semiconductor, chemical industries)
- Project management experience or initial team leadership responsibilities
- Knowledge of configuring process control systems (Siemens PCS7/S7/WinCC/TIA, Honeywell Experion PKS, Emerson DeltaV, ABB Freelance/Melody/800xA, etc.) or EMSR planning experience (electrical, measurement, control and regulation)
- Open communicator who proactively engages with customers
- Team-oriented approach with an interest in developing new initiatives in automation
- High commitment and willingness to learn, flexible and able to work independently
