About the role
- Independently lead (sub-)projects in the automation and process industries – from planning to implementation
- Lead and manage your own team
- Project and quality management
- Support and oversee complex projects
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical/Automation Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field
- Several years of experience in project management of automation projects
- Team leadership and definition of work packages
- Ideally initial experience in one of the core industries
- Enthusiasm and passion for project work
- Understanding of business opportunities and risks
- High degree of flexibility and ability to work independently
- Customer orientation, strong negotiation skills, confident presence
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel for projects
