About the role
- Independently lead (sub)projects in the automation and process industry — from planning through implementation
- Lead and manage a dedicated team
- Project and quality management
- Oversee and support complex projects
Requirements
- Degree in electrical/automation engineering, process engineering, or a related field
- Several years' experience managing automation projects
- Team leadership
- Defining work packages
- Ideally some experience in one of the core industries
- Strong enthusiasm and passion for project work
- Understanding of business opportunities and risks
- High degree of flexibility and ability to work independently
- Customer orientation
- Strong negotiation skills
- Confident and professional demeanor
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel for projects
