About the role
- Independently lead (sub)projects in the automation and process industries — from planning through implementation
- Independently lead and manage your team
- Project and quality management
- Support and accompany complex projects
Requirements
- Solid experience in managing automation projects
- Team leadership
- Definition of work packages — ideally initial knowledge in one of our core industries
- Degree in Electrical/Automation Engineering, Process Engineering or a comparable field of study
- Basic knowledge of at least one process control system or SCADA system
- Enjoyment and passion for project work
- High degree of flexibility and ability to work independently
- Customer orientation, strong negotiation skills, confident presence, team and communication skills
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel (approx. 30% as required by project needs)
