- Independently lead (sub-)projects in the automation and process industries
- Responsible for project and quality management
- Oversee and support complex projects
Requirements
- Degree in electrical/automation engineering, process engineering, or a comparable field of study
- Several years of experience managing automation projects
- Team leadership experience
- Definition and structuring of work packages
- Initial experience in one of the core industries
- Enthusiasm and passion for project work
- Understanding of business opportunities and risks
- High degree of flexibility and ability to work independently
- Customer focus
- Strong negotiation skills
- Confident presence
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel for projects
