About the role

  • Support and help shape the finance function end-to-end, acting as a strong analytical partner to leadership and key stakeholders
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, KPIs, and management dashboards
  • Analyze financial performance, cost structures, and unit economics
  • Ensure financial transparency for founders, leadership, and investors
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
  • Help setting up Agicap as liquidity management tool
  • Build and maintain financial models and scenario analyses
  • Act as a finance interface to external partners such as tax advisors, accountants, auditors, and payroll providers
  • Support invoicing, revenue tracking, and accounts receivable processes
  • Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes in collaboration with external accounting partners and the VP Finance
  • Build and continuously improve cost tracking and cost accounting structures

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in FP&A, financial analysis, controlling, consulting, or a startup environment
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and cost structures
  • Analytical skills with ability to structure complex financial topics and generate actionable insights
  • First experience with Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools; experience with Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics, Agicap or similar is a plus
  • Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
