About the role
- Maintenance and management of employee master data
- Creation and posting of job adverts as well as communication with applicants
- Conducting interviews for our branch/store employees (phone/video interviews)
- Support with recruiting for our service center, including organization of onboarding
- Review and maintenance of personnel files
- Close collaboration with the HR team on administrative and organizational tasks
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training
- At least 1 year of experience in operational HR work
- Confident user of MS Office
- Independent, structured way of working
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
