Conduct initial assessment and ongoing patient care
Provide counseling to patients through evidence-based practice
Provide patient education
Ensure accountability of treatment program and patient compliance through collaboration
Assist patients in creating realistic goals toward achieving freedom from addiction
Act as a clinic resource and assure compliance with HIPPA and CFR42 Part 2 regulations
Deliver services via telehealth/remote platform
Requirements
Must live in and be licensed in the state of Kentucky
Licensed counselor or social worker (CSW, LCSW, LPCC, LPCA, LMFT, LCADC)
Education: Minimum Master's Degree in a human services field (psychology, sociology, social work, family studies, human services, counseling, nursing, or related)
Experience: Minimum of 1 year full-time employment/internship in a human-services setting OR Master's Degree in behavioral science
Ability to conduct initial assessments and provide evidence-based counseling and patient education
Knowledge of HIPPA and 42 CFR Part 2 compliance
Ability to collaborate for treatment accountability and assist patients in goal-setting toward recovery
