About the role
- Introducing what Specsavers is about and providing quality eyecare and affordable eyewear
- Guiding customers through a range of stylish frames
- Supporting customers choosing contact lenses for the first time
Requirements
- No experience in optics is necessary, but you do have a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good technical standards
- Friendly and outgoing demeanor
- Reliability and flexibility to work retail hours which may include some late evenings and weekends
