About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, design, and implement network and IT security projects
Design and implement firewall, switching, and WLAN environments
Administer, configure, and migrate firewall systems
Implement VPN, routing, NAT, and access control concepts
Operate and continuously develop enterprise networks
Set up, administer, and troubleshoot WLAN infrastructures
Analyze and handle security incidents and security-related events
Administer modern endpoint, network, and identity security solutions
Provide technical consulting and support to our customers on-site and remotely
Independently manage and implement small- and medium-sized customer projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training or equivalent qualification
Professional experience in network and IT security
Strong knowledge of firewalls, routing, switching, and WLAN
Experience with VPN technologies, network segmentation, and security concepts
Structured and solution-oriented approach to work
Strong customer focus, reliability, and initiative
Class B driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites in the Munich area
Knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Windows Server, Microsoft 365) is an advantage
