About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Transform proofs of concept, scripts, and experimental AI or automation solutions into secure, scalable, reliable production applications
Own projects end-to-end from business discovery and requirements shaping through architecture, full-stack development, cloud deployment, production support, and continuous improvement
Collaborate with the CTO Office, FinOps, Operations, Sales, and Pre-Sales teams
Build responsive frontends, Python backends, APIs, integrations, and automated workflows using AWS serverless and containerized services
Develop agentic AI systems using LangChain and LangGraph, including RAG, tool calling, multi-agent orchestration, custom MCP servers, and reusable internal AI capabilities
Establish CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions
Write infrastructure as code and implement automated testing
Set up logging, monitoring, failure recovery, and operational observability using CloudWatch and ELK
Manage authentication, secrets, certificates, and access controls using OAuth 2.0, SAML, JWT, SSL/TLS, and secret management practices
Define pragmatic development guidelines for the CTO Office
Document systems and communicate technical risks and trade-offs transparently
Contribute to FinOps automation, enterprise AI enablement, meeting assistants, internal productivity tools, and AI-powered platforms

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of full-stack engineering experience
Proven track record of independently designing, deploying, and operating software in production
Ability to refactor unorganized scripts, legacy code, or early-stage prototypes into maintainable production systems
Deep expertise in Python, preferably FastAPI
Proficiency with modern TypeScript/JavaScript frameworks, including Vue.js or React
Hands-on experience building, scaling, and managing AWS workloads
Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or AWS CDK
Production experience with LangChain, LangGraph, agent orchestration, tool integration, RAG, and error recovery in non-deterministic AI systems
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Practical experience using Cursor, Claude Code, or Windsurf
Ability to work with high autonomy without dedicated QA, DevOps, or SRE teams
Deep knowledge of distributed systems, relational and NoSQL database design, design patterns, and enterprise security standards
