About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and evolve the enterprise architecture for applications, data, integration and infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
Design and govern the organization's AI-First architecture, including Agent Mesh, Model Gateway, tool layer (MCP) and Governance, Trust and Observability tracks.
Establish architectural standards, blueprints and guardrails for security, scalability, resilience, governance and cost optimization.
Provide technical leadership for technology modernization initiatives, supporting the evolution of legacy systems using patterns such as Strangler Fig, Hexagonal Architecture and Event-Driven Architecture.
Define integration strategies between applications, data platforms, enterprise services and external providers.
Support the evolution of the enterprise data platform based on a Lakehouse, promoting integration, governance and scalability.
Evaluate technologies, platforms and vendors by conducting technical analyses, proofs of concept (PoCs) and feasibility studies.
Ensure incorporation of Information Security, Privacy and LGPD requirements from solution conception (Security & Privacy by Design).
Serve as a technical reference for engineering, data and security teams, supporting strategic architectural decision-making.
Support the construction of the enterprise AI agents platform, enabling secure and governed development of intelligent solutions.
Contribute to the technology evolution roadmap and cost optimization initiatives by assessing architectural and financial impacts of strategic decisions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, audits, corporate governance and enterprise architecture practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related fields;
Experience as a Solutions Architect, Software Architect or equivalent role;
Experience in digital transformation and technology modernization programs;
Knowledge of: Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure or GCP), Event-Driven Architecture, Hexagonal Architecture, Integration Architecture and APIs, Data Modeling, Information Security, LGPD and Privacy by Design, and Cloud Architecture.
Advanced English and a postgraduate degree are desirable.
