About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct fit, robustness and performance analyses of statistical models applied to client datasets;
Structure and analyze large volumes of data, identifying patterns, opportunities and risks;
Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for modeling and product teams;
Support the commercial cycle with analyses and technical presentations in pre- and post-sales meetings;
Prepare executive reports, dashboards and presentations that connect analytical results to business strategies;
Contribute to the definition and improvement of analysis methodologies and model performance metrics;
Act as a technical point of reference for junior analysts, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related fields;
Strong knowledge of applied statistics, modeling and model performance metrics (KS, Gini, ROC, etc.);
Experience with analysis and programming tools (Python, R, SQL, Power BI, or similar);
Ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights;
Knowledge of credit risk concepts, consumer behavior, or market analytics (desirable);
Clear, confident communication adaptable to different audiences (technical and executive);
Negotiation skills and active listening to understand clients' real needs;
Initiative, autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility for deliveries;
Analytical mindset combined with business acumen and results orientation;
Collaborative and team-oriented, able to work in multidisciplinary teams.
