About the role

  • Support the system integration process for generating monthly billing;
  • Validate generated sales orders to ensure accuracy;
  • Verify calculation of withheld taxes;
  • Monitor the process of issuing invoices, intervening when necessary;
  • Reconciliation between the system and the Municipality of Barueri;
  • Monthly closing of taxes related to billing;
  • Support in the posting and verification of incoming invoices and issuance of service invoices;
  • Calculation and settlement of withheld taxes (ISS, IR, PIS/COFINS or PCC and INSS);
  • Issuance of tax payment slips/guides;
  • Support in filing accessory tax obligations such as DCTF, SPED Fiscal, SPED Contribuições, DIRF and REINF;
  • Reconciliation of tax-related accounting accounts;
  • Provide support to other company departments on related matters.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting;
  • Experience with the Protheus ERP system;
  • Knowledge of tax legislation applicable to service companies;
  • Additional knowledge in tax management
