About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the architecture, implementation, and optimization of cloud infrastructure for solution development and operations
Ensure security, scalability, availability, and cost-efficiency of technology environments
Coordinate projects and activities for deployment and management of compute resources in public cloud
Document activities, track deadlines and schedules, and ensure agreed quality levels
Plan deployments and manage projects related to the area of expertise
Deploy enterprise systems and cloud components in public cloud according to organizational strategies
Apply best practices for security, availability, and redundancy (SRE)
Contribute to the development of governance models, resource usage policies, and cost management in public cloud
Coordinate technical teams in the deployment and integration of client infrastructure following ITIL, Agile, and DevOps practices
Plan and coordinate configuration of protocols and components for virtual and on-premises networking
Coordinate identity management, access control mechanisms, and integrations with products, services, and technologies
Coordinate activities for security risk analysis, control, and management in public cloud and on-premises environments
Assist in agile management of public cloud project deployments, including budgeting and financial scheduling

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Approximately 5 years of experience in cloud architecture and environment management
Experience with providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Knowledge of cloud platforms and providers
Familiarity with SRE, ITIL, Agile, and DevOps practices
Knowledge of virtual networking and on-premises infrastructure
Knowledge of identity management and access control
Knowledge of security in public cloud and on-premises environments
Knowledge of cloud governance and cost management
