About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the definition and evolution of the technical architecture of solutions, ensuring standards, security, scalability, modularity, and performance.
- Serve as the technical reference for development teams, guiding critical decisions and best practices in software engineering, microservices, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Oversee technical monitoring, maintain continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, monitor uptime and SLAs, and respond to incidents.
- Define and communicate the technical and architectural vision to development teams, project managers, and client business stakeholders.
- Design solutions, validate technological assumptions, evaluate implementation alternatives, and converge on final solutions for high-complexity problems.
- Lead and design solutions through a collaborative process across diverse individuals and teams.
- Set the technology direction using modern architectures, microservices, cloud, containers, storage, elasticity, and scalability.
- Model and document solution architectures.
- Select appropriate technologies and frameworks for specific problems.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT) or Engineering.
- 5 years of experience leading technical decision-making in complex software development projects.
- Advanced knowledge of software architecture, including microservices and cloud computing.
- Proven ability and in-depth knowledge in applying agile software development methodologies.
