About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform functional analysis of Human Resources processes in the SAP HCM PA (Personnel Administration) and OM (Organizational Management) modules.
Carry out parameterizations (standard/customizing) of the PA and OM modules according to business requirements.
Configure personnel actions, infotypes, action reasons, organizational structure, jobs, positions, and organizational units.
Analyze and correct functional inconsistencies related to the PA/OM modules.
Support and drive the evolution of SAP HCM functionalities.
Provide functional support to HR users, identifying root causes of incidents and proposing solutions.
Prepare functional specifications for developments (ABAP), when required.
Perform functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support the deployment of new functionalities.
Prepare functional documentation and transfer knowledge to users and technical teams.
Ensure the integrity of master data and SAP environment configurations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years' experience working as an SAP HCM PA/OM Functional Consultant.
Required knowledge:
Standard parameterization (IMG/Customizing) of SAP HCM PA and OM modules.
Deep knowledge of PA and OM module functionalities.
Infotype administration.
Personnel actions.
Organizational structure.
Organizational objects (O, S, C, P, K).
Integration between PA and OM.
HCM-related authorizations.
Hiring, transfers/movements, promotions, and terminations processes.
Configuration transport management.
Knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA HCM.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of SAP HCM PY (Payroll).
SAP HCM PT (Time Management).
SAP SuccessFactors.
Experience in implementation and support projects.
Experience preparing functional specifications for ABAP development.
