About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for facilitating, mapping, and proposing solutions to business needs.
- Collaborate in analyzing and documenting the client's business needs, proposing business solutions that best meet them.
- Assist the Product Owner and other team members in decomposing business needs, identifying system requirements generated/impacted as user stories to initiate sprint execution.
- Understand existing business processes, products, services and their rules to provide IT solutions when necessary.
- Understand the needs of business managers and clients/users to propose appropriate solutions.
- Identify and map business needs in a practical and visual manner.
- Represent business needs using maps, business requirements, and user stories.
- Master concepts of business analysis and process, user-centered design, and agile methods.
- Identify IT services that can be reused across multiple business areas or stages of a business process.
- Facilitate and lead workshops using agile techniques.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or completion of any undergraduate degree accompanied by a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master's or doctorate) in Information Technology of at least 360 hours.
- DESIRABLE CERTIFICATIONS: UX-PM Level 2; PSU - Professional Scrum with User Experience I; Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I); CBPP.
- Desired experience: 3 years working in business requirements mapping, facilitating workshops, and writing user stories in agile environments.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, Lean Inception.
- Facilitation techniques: Design Thinking, Design Sprint.
- Writing and refining agile requirements.
- UX applied to business analysis.
- Basic knowledge of systems architecture and IT solutions to support the business.
