About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act to ensure the Scrum framework is understood, applied, and disseminated across the organization
- Facilitate the mapping of and propose improvements to the Scrum implementation process within development teams
- Collaborate in the analysis and documentation of the client's business needs, proposing business solutions that best address them
- Assist the Product Owner in maintaining and prioritizing the Product Backlog
- Ensure that Scrum events are held and their objectives are met
- Support the Scrum Team in removing impediments
- Help the team self-organize by suggesting techniques and facilitating processes and people
- Analyze the company's business processes to determine the best way to implement and maintain SAP
- Configure the system according to established needs and requirements
- Provide support and train users on the correct use of the system
- Perform functional testing to ensure proper operation
- Provide ongoing system support and maintenance
- Map business needs through consultation, analysis, and targeted observation
- Assess existing IT infrastructure and recommend improvements
- Identify and resolve issues that may affect software performance
- Work on the functional and business layers of Business Intelligence/Analytics solutions within the SAP ecosystem.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or completion of any higher education degree accompanied by a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master's or doctorate) in Information Technology of at least 360 hours
- SAP Academy (or equivalent) course in the module to be worked on
- Desired experience: 3 years working in system development using ABAP and Webdynpro in an SAP ECC or S/4HANA environment
- Knowledge: SAP modules; strong knowledge of the SAP products/modules implemented in Human Resources Management – PA (Personnel Administration), PY (Payroll), LSO (Learning Solution), PD (Personnel Development), Time (Time Management), eRecruiting, EH&S, eSocial, PCP (Production Planning) and Business Warehouse (BW).
