About the role
- Manage the contracting process, providing support for interface activities during contract preparation
- Conduct public tenders, electronic auctions (pregão), and direct contracting
- Enter into/execute sponsorships, agreements, and cooperation terms
- Execute Public Contract for Innovative Solution (CPSI)
- Monitor and manage the validation and approval process for e-Forms, ensuring compliance with client standards
- Create opportunities on Petronect, upload or transfer approved documents, and consolidate bidder clarifications
- Register and manage contracting timelines, communicate key milestones, and generate control reports
- Support SOX audits, including scanning and organizing documents and performing the annual critical review of controls
- Create and manage controls for archived/unarchived documents, communicate findings, and perform administrative activities related to procurement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Law, or Engineering (Production/Construction)
- Desired experience: 5 years working in procurement/purchasing processes within supply departments of large organizations
- Functional knowledge of the SAP ERP MM module
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365
- Knowledge of legislation and procedures related to public procurement and contracting in public administration and mixed-capital companies (e.g., Law 8.666/93, Decree 2745/98, Law 13.303/16, and Law 14.133/21)
- Technical writing
- Basic knowledge of Power BI
- Statistics skills to produce and interpret measures of dispersion, descriptive analysis, and charts
