About the role

  • Responsible for developing systems as a full-stack developer — performing activities that cover the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to supporting the final deployment of features, consistent with agile development practices.
  • Configure projects, following all internal and client procedures to ensure project integrity, traceability, and maintainability.
  • Interpret functional specifications and produce technical specifications using descriptive text and other appropriate models to ensure coding quality.
  • Mentor and support developers on the project development team.
  • Code and integrate software components according to technical specifications, using the development tools, programming languages, and libraries defined for the project.
  • Identify, build, and test developed components to ensure quality.
  • Perform evolutionary and corrective maintenance of software components.
  • Prepare technical documentation in accordance with the contractual requirements of the project.
  • Integrate produced components with those built by other team members, using the integration tool defined for the project.
  • Set up and configure the local development environment according to project requirements and needs.
  • Provide support to the client’s IT team and users, when requested, on the characteristics and specifics of the developed components, modules, and software packages.
  • Deliver and execute integration testing in the client’s environment to ensure the full functionality of the software and its components.
  • Oversee acceptance testing and the deployment of software in the client’s environments as established by the contract.
  • Conduct training and knowledge transfer to the client on the developed software to ensure proper system operation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed preferred, preferably in Computer Science; Engineering; or another area focused on Software Development or Software Engineering.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and full-stack web application development using React and .NET, .NET Core, C#.
  • Proficiency in programming and experience with version control using GIT.
  • Experience with Python or willingness to learn it in the future is desirable.
