About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Play a key role in client relationships and real estate expertise, working across three main areas: portfolio audits and analysis; research and studies; negotiation and advisory
- Conduct audits of real estate portfolios (condition reports, financial and legal analysis, service charge audits)
- Perform market studies and property valuation analyses
- Identify and source real estate opportunities for clients
- Negotiate the financial terms of commercial leases
- Actively manage client relationships: meetings, presentations, deliverables and project follow-up
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in the real estate sector (2 to 4 years of professional experience, excluding work-study/apprenticeship)
- Strong understanding of real estate issues and negotiation
- Accuracy, versatility, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders (landlords, notaries, lawyers, etc.)
- Team player, challenge-oriented, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
