About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Play a key role in client relationships and real estate expertise, working across three main areas: portfolio audits and analysis; research and studies; negotiation and advisory
Conduct audits of real estate portfolios (condition reports, financial and legal analysis, service charge audits)
Perform market studies and property valuation analyses
Identify and source real estate opportunities for clients
Negotiate the financial terms of commercial leases
Actively manage client relationships: meetings, presentations, deliverables and project follow-up

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in the real estate sector (2 to 4 years of professional experience, excluding work-study/apprenticeship)
Strong understanding of real estate issues and negotiation
Accuracy, versatility, and excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders (landlords, notaries, lawyers, etc.)
Team player, challenge-oriented, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
