About the role
- Facilitate core Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Partner with client stakeholders and delivery teams to align Agile practices with the client’s current operating environment.
- Manage team workflow within Jira and Confluence, maintaining boards, dashboards, and documentation.
- Coordinate release planning activities and support deployment of deliverables across complex environments.
- Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early while helping teams stay focused on sprint goals.
- Support cross-functional collaboration across blended client and Sparq teams.
- Translate complex technical or domain concepts into structured work that can be delivered iteratively.
- Coach teams on Agile practices while evolving processes in a collaborative, low-friction manner.
- Coordinate manual and automated testing activities, including test case creation and execution.
- Ensure alignment with internal operational processes including delivery standards, reporting, and timesheet compliance.
Requirements
- Availability to work Central Time hours to support collaboration with client and delivery teams.
- Experience serving as a Scrum Master within Agile delivery environments.
- Ability to adapt Agile practices based on the client’s maturity and delivery processes.
- Strong proficiency with Jira and Confluence for work management, reporting, and documentation.
- Experience coordinating release cycles within complex technical environments.
- Strong facilitation skills and ability to manage competing stakeholder perspectives.
- Consulting mindset with the ability to integrate across blended client and delivery teams.
- Proactive problem solver who asks questions and identifies risks early.
- Experience creating and executing test cases within Agile delivery teams.
- Exposure to automated testing tools such as Karate or Playwright is a plus.
- Ability to quickly learn complex domains and translate requirements into actionable work.
