Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 12 months’ experience in a well-regarded litigation practice.
  • Ideally, experience in administrative/public law with merits review, judicial review, or regulatory law exposure.
  • Solid grounding in and demonstrated interest in administrative law.
  • Ideally, advocacy experience in Tribunals and/or Federal Courts.
  • Successful applicants are subject to pre-employment and, in some circumstances, ongoing criminal history and other background checks.
