About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join our Government Public & Regulatory team in Brisbane or Perth.
- Advise on complex and challenging administrative and regulatory matters.
- Involved in regular advocacy work in Federal Courts and the Administrative Review Tribunal.
- Assist with high profile, sensitive, and strategic matters alongside leading experts in the field.
- Receive excellent training and mentorship to develop your practice.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have at least 12 months experience in a well-regarded litigation practice
- Ideally in administrative / public law with merits review, judicial review, or regulatory law exposure.
- Solid grounding and demonstrated interest in administrative law.
- Ideally you will have advocacy experience in Tribunals and / or Federal Courts.
