About the role
- Own Donor-Facing Communications, establishing a clear, cohesive donor communications strategy.
- Lead all external donor-facing communications, ensuring consistency and quality across channels.
- Design and execute multi-channel campaign strategies to support fundraising goals.
- Shape Spark’s Narrative and Voice, refreshing external narrative and voice.
- Oversee design and brand execution across external materials.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in communications and marketing in a fast paced, mission driven environment.
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills—particularly in an advertising setting
- Experience managing email campaigns, social media, and brand assets
- A creative eye and instinct for what inspires action
- Comfort experimenting and learning in public
- Ability to balance speed with trust and clarity
- Passion for social impact paired with creative confidence
