About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

This is a remote position.
We are looking for a talented Senior iOS Developer to join our growing team.
In this role, you will work on innovative challenges including live streaming, on-demand video consumption, Bluetooth connectivity, and IoT device integration.
You will be responsible for developing robust native iOS applications while collaborating closely with designers, QA teams, and project managers to deliver high-quality user experiences aligned with the latest design guidelines and best development practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of professional software development experience
Strong expertise in Swift and modern iOS development
Experience with WatchOS development and design patterns
Exposure to or prior experience with Objective-C
Hands-on experience with Bluetooth GATT profiles and characteristics
Experience building and maintaining 100% native iOS applications
Strong understanding of reactive programming using RxSwift
Experience working with REST APIs and JSON
Familiarity with Dependency Injection frameworks with or without Dagger
Experience with automation testing, build processes, and continuous integration using Gradle
Proficiency with version control systems, preferably Git and GitFlow
Experience working within a defined and disciplined release cycle
Ability to work effectively in an Agile development environment
Experience conducting timely and thoughtful code reviews
Strong understanding of UI development best practices including accessibility and localization/internationalisation
Ability to collaborate closely with designers and follow strict product specifications
Clear communication skills with teammates, QA, and project managers
Ability to provide accurate effort estimates and manage deliverables effectively
Passion for continuous learning and improvement as a software engineer
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mobile Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
