Associate Project Manager
SPAR SolutionsAssociate Project Manager responsible for managing project delivery operations at SPAR Solutions. Overseeing plans, budgets, and teams across concurrent projects in Pune, Maharashtra.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own project delivery operations across concurrent projects
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones
- Track progress against baselines and produce accurate, timely status reports
- Identify schedule slippages early and work with teams to course-correct
- Monitor project budgets and resource utilisation on an ongoing basis
- Report variations in allocations and project budgets variance analysis
- Support forecasting and assist in financial reporting to leadership
- Maintain comprehensive risk and issue registers
- Manage day-to-day coordination across cross-functional project teams
- Respond to client queries and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and circulate routine project reports and updates to relevant stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to SPAR frameworks, templates, and reporting standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- MBA graduates with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience OR 3–8 years of experience in project management OR Industrial Engineering experience
- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with data, numbers, and financial reports
- Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, or similar) and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong learning mindset
- Willingness to overlap with US EST hours
- Be able to join immediately
