Job Level
About the role
- Support end-to-end feature lifecycle for core journeys (app/platform/devices): ideation, requirements definition, delivery, launch, and post-launch iteration to reduce friction and boost engagement/retention.
- Contribute to the rollout and optimisation of new kids' devices, including software/hardware aspects under guidance.
- Use analytics (funnels, adoption, errors) to inform priorities, define success metrics, investigate anomalies, and drive data-backed improvements (e.g., engagement uplift, churn reduction).
- Assist in Phase 2 Predictive Health Platform initiatives: support pilot scoping with aged-care partners, outcome validation (clinical/safety/operational), regulatory workflows (e.g., TGA, GDPR), and translation of learnings into scalable features.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Customer Support, Marketing, Ops, Legal, and external partners to align on user needs, identify risks, and execute sprints/GTM activities.
- Break down ambiguity into clear stories, acceptance criteria, and pragmatic trade-offs; document system rules, APIs, data flows, and edge cases.
- Foster user-centric decisions that enhance safety, scalability, and continuous improvement across the Product team.
Requirements
- 2–6+ years in Product Management, ideally in consumer tech, SaaS, mobile apps, wearables, or health/safety products.
- Proven hands-on experience supporting feature delivery in agile environments (Jira, sprint ceremonies, requirements refinement, trade-off decisions).
- Comfort with data/analytics tools for insights (Google Analytics, PostHog, Amplitude, basic SQL or similar for querying funnels/adoption/errors).
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with Engineering, Design, Data, CS, and external stakeholders.
- User-centric mindset with focus on safety, engagement, and retention metrics.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and a lean team setting with bias for action and ownership.
- Desirable: Experience with hardware-software integrated products (e.g., wearables, IoT devices). Exposure to regulatory/compliance processes (e.g., privacy, health tech standards like GDPR, TGA). Background in pilots, experimentation, or 0-1 product development (A/B testing, outcome validation). Familiarity with seniors/aged-care or health-tech domains. Interest in AI-enabled features or predictive safety innovations.
Benefits
- Competitive salary package commensurate with experience.
- Flexible hybrid working in Sydney.
- Opportunity to shape core experiences and emerging seniors safety innovations in a high-growth ASX-listed company.
- Professional development through exposure to hardware-software integration, global expansion, regulatory pathways, and strategic health-tech initiatives.
- Collaborative, mission-driven culture with direct mentorship from the Director of Product.
