About the role

  • Research and identify potential sponsors that match our event concepts
  • Assist in preparing compelling sponsorship proposals and presentation materials
  • Actively reach out to decision-makers at companies, brands, and institutions
  • Negotiate sponsorship packages and finalize cooperation agreements
  • Maintain and expand a network of potential partners
  • Manage existing sponsor relationships

Requirements

  • Experience in acquisition, sales, or event marketing – ideally in sponsorship or media
  • Strong communication skills and confident presence when dealing with business partners
  • Self-motivated, closing-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Affinity for cultural, social, or innovative event formats
  • Good verbal and written expression in German, and possibly English
  • Structured, self-organized way of working – ideal for freelancers or side projects
