About the role
- Research and identify potential sponsors that match our event concepts
- Assist in preparing compelling sponsorship proposals and presentation materials
- Actively reach out to decision-makers at companies, brands, and institutions
- Negotiate sponsorship packages and finalize cooperation agreements
- Maintain and expand a network of potential partners
- Manage existing sponsor relationships
Requirements
- Experience in acquisition, sales, or event marketing – ideally in sponsorship or media
- Strong communication skills and confident presence when dealing with business partners
- Self-motivated, closing-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Affinity for cultural, social, or innovative event formats
- Good verbal and written expression in German, and possibly English
- Structured, self-organized way of working – ideal for freelancers or side projects
