About the role

  • Research and identify potential sponsors that align with our event concepts
  • Support the creation of compelling sponsorship proposals and presentation materials
  • Proactively reach out to decision-makers at companies, brands and institutions
  • Negotiate sponsorship packages and finalize cooperation agreements
  • Maintain and grow a network of potential partners
  • Manage and nurture existing sponsor relationships

Requirements

  • Experience in acquisition, sales or event marketing — ideally in sponsorship or media
  • Strong communication skills and a confident presence when dealing with business partners
  • Self-motivation, strong closing skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Affinity for cultural, social or innovative event formats
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in German (English is a plus)
  • Structured, self-organized working style — ideal for freelancers or side projects
