About the role
- Research and identify potential sponsors that align with our event concepts
- Support the creation of compelling sponsorship proposals and presentation materials
- Proactively reach out to decision-makers at companies, brands and institutions
- Negotiate sponsorship packages and finalize cooperation agreements
- Maintain and grow a network of potential partners
- Manage and nurture existing sponsor relationships
Requirements
- Experience in acquisition, sales or event marketing — ideally in sponsorship or media
- Strong communication skills and a confident presence when dealing with business partners
- Self-motivation, strong closing skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Affinity for cultural, social or innovative event formats
- Good written and verbal communication skills in German (English is a plus)
- Structured, self-organized working style — ideal for freelancers or side projects
