About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Operational support in planning, organizing and implementing online seminars
- Maintenance of seminar dates, formats, and speaker and participant information
- Assistance with participant and event management
- Support in coordinating technology, speakers and internal stakeholders

Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree or equivalent practical experience
- Very good German skills, both written and spoken
- Good English skills
- Initial experience or a strong interest in online topics, seminars, or digital learning
- Structured, reliable and meticulous working style
- Confident, friendly and team-oriented manner
- Enthusiasm for organization, implementation and collaboration
