About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Editorial creation and revision of online content (e.g., technical articles, seminar descriptions, service pages)
- Processing subject-matter input from Compliance, seminars and training projects
- Updating existing content
- Text optimization according to SEO guidelines (keywords, structure, readability — not strategy)
- Entering and maintaining content in the CMS
- Close collaboration with the Content, SEO & Conversion Manager
- Coordination with specialist departments for content quality assurance
- Ensuring a consistent tone of voice and high writing quality
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience as an online editor, content editor or in a comparable role
- Excellent German skills, written and spoken (editorial level)
- Good English skills
- Strong sense for language, structure and clarity
- Interest in B2B topics, further education and compliance
- Structured, reliable and meticulous working style
- Confident user of CMS systems (e.g., WordPress or similar)
- Team-oriented approach and enjoyment of coordination
