About the role

  • Advising and representing our members on matters of social insurance law, severe disability law, basic social security and compensation law, from submitting applications through the appeals process.
  • Collaborating with volunteers in the district association and affiliated local branches.
  • Member support and member services.
  • Participating in trade fair appearances, conferences and meetings.

Requirements

  • Completed degree or vocational qualification with solid knowledge of social law, or a comparable qualification or experience.
  • Experience in advising and the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
  • Empathy and a rational, structured approach.
  • Confident user of MS Office applications.
