About the role
- Advising and representing members on all matters of social insurance law.
- Providing support in disability law (severe disability status), basic social security (means-tested basic income) and compensation law from application through to objection/administrative appeal.
- Working together with volunteers in the district association and the affiliated local chapters.
- Participating in trade fair appearances, conferences or meetings.
Requirements
- Completed degree or vocational training with solid knowledge of social law, or an equivalent qualification/experience.
- Experience in client advising and the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
- Empathy combined with a rational, structured approach to work.
- Confident use of MS Office applications.
