  • Design and develop AI-powered automation solutions
  • Build workflows, applications and integrations using Power Platform
  • Leverage Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Agents and intelligent automation technologies
  • Work with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver business value

  • Deliver automation solutions that improve business processes, unlock efficiencies and create better customer and colleague experiences

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience developing automation solutions using Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop) and Copilot Agents
  • Strong experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages and IVA
  • Experience designing workflows, automations and integrations
  • Understanding of security and governance, including DLP, RBAC and identity management
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CI/CD, testing and documentation practices
  • Experience with Copilot Studio and AI-enabled automation solutions desirable
  • Microsoft certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400) desirable
  • Azure certifications (AZ-900, AI-900, AZ-204) desirable
  • API-led integration or event-driven architecture experience desirable
  • Alteryx or data-driven tooling experience desirable
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, SAP or GIS desirable
  • Passion for emerging AI technologies and innovation
  • Successful candidates must provide evidence of identity and eligibility to work in the UK
  • Successful candidates must pass criminal record check (DBS), employment and/or education history verification for the past three years, and security vetting
