Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development and mobilisation of strategic programmes that deliver measurable outcomes and benefits
Own programme development and submissions for regulatory price reviews
Manage programme budgets and investment portfolios
Drive optimisation of programme scope and delivery plans
Lead and develop a team of technical specialists
Build trusted relationships across the business and with external stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Understanding of and experience in managing programmes through the entire project lifecycle
Excellent technical knowledge and broad experience in the water sector or similar utilities
Familiarity with operations, regulation, and capital delivery
Proven communication skills with the ability to influence decisions at a senior level
Highly numerate with a well-developed understanding of business case development, commercial arrangements, and benefits framework.
