About the role

  • Sell home roof replacements across the East Coast as a Remodeling Sales Consultant for Southern National Roofing.
  • Engage with provided quality leads and close sales (no cold calling required).
  • Conduct in-person customer consultations, present products, negotiate and close deals.
  • Travel within assigned territory as needed and maintain reliable transportation.
  • Use CRM and sales tools to manage leads and customer records.
  • Participate in company-provided sales training and collaborate with team members.
  • Aim for sales targets with opportunities to advance into management and executive roles.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a consultative selling environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with customers quickly.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • No visible face or neck tattoos or piercings.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the assigned territory, as needed.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to undergo thorough sales training provided by the company.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
