Key responsibilities & impact
  • play a vital role in the successful delivery of traffic management, highway, and parking schemes
  • offer expert technical knowledge and ensure compliance with national legislation and local governance practices
  • help optimise road closures
  • ensure effective processing of traffic orders in line with governance procedures
  • advise senior managers on risks, issues, or solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • solid understanding of Traffic Signs Regulations & General Directions 2016
  • understanding of the Traffic Management Act 2004
  • experience with Traffic Regulation Order processes
  • full driving licence
  • degree qualified or equivalent significant vocational experience in highways, traffic or parking
