About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage multiple underground utility construction and sewer rehabilitation projects simultaneously
  • Coordinate project schedules, subcontractors, crews, equipment, and material procurement
  • Monitor budgets, production, job costs, forecasts, and project profitability
  • Review plans, specifications, contracts, and project documentation
  • Prepare RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project reports
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with municipalities, engineers, inspectors, and clients
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, OSHA regulations, and company safety standards
  • Attend project meetings and coordinate with field operations to keep projects on schedule

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in sewer rehabilitation, underground utilities, or heavy civil construction
  • Experience managing municipal infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Preferred Experience: Experience with one or more of the following: Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP), CCTV Inspection, Sewer Cleaning, Pipe Bursting, Open-Cut Utility Construction, Manhole Rehabilitation, HeavyJob, HCSS, or similar construction management software
