About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage multiple underground utility construction and sewer rehabilitation projects simultaneously
Coordinate project schedules, subcontractors, crews, equipment, and material procurement
Monitor budgets, production, job costs, forecasts, and project profitability
Review plans, specifications, contracts, and project documentation
Prepare RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project reports
Build and maintain strong relationships with municipalities, engineers, inspectors, and clients
Ensure compliance with contract requirements, OSHA regulations, and company safety standards
Attend project meetings and coordinate with field operations to keep projects on schedule

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in sewer rehabilitation, underground utilities, or heavy civil construction
Experience managing municipal infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Valid driver's license
Preferred Experience: Experience with one or more of the following: Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP), CCTV Inspection, Sewer Cleaning, Pipe Bursting, Open-Cut Utility Construction, Manhole Rehabilitation, HeavyJob, HCSS, or similar construction management software
